Some nice clichés: 1) We are blind to ourselves. 2) We teach what we most need to know. 3) We despise in others what we fear in ourselves. There is a lot of peacocking in the world of entrepreneurs and here’s a useful rule of thumb: confidence does not need to be expert nor aggrandize itself. Arrogance needs an audience….
